Electoral Process Architects
The firm
Elections turn on process long before they turn on votes.
We advise on the rules and the records that decide elections in Nigeria. The Electoral Act 2026, INEC regulations, and every step from nomination to petition.
Most seats are lost before polling day. A defective nomination. An irregular primary. Untrained agents. A record too thin for a tribunal. Not one of them lost on votes.
We win elections by getting that work right. We design campaigns. We do not run them. We do not manufacture results. Everything between those two limits is our work.
Leadership
Built from inside the institution.
The firm is built on ten years of service as a National Electoral Commissioner at the federal level, supported by a senior team whose combined experience in the electoral field exceeds fifty years.
That period covered multiple electoral cycles, spanning the full sequence of commission operations: candidate qualification, conduct of polls, collation, declaration, and the documentary record on which petition proceedings depend. The Electoral Act 2010 (as amended) and its implementing regulations were read and applied as working instruments throughout that tenure, the same framework the Electoral Act 2026 now carries forward.
The firm's leadership holds no current appointment within INEC or any electoral tribunal. That separation is deliberate. The value offered to clients is an accurate reading of how the framework operates, a reading built over years of applying it.
A named leadership profile is provided in the firm's institutional profile, available to institutional clients on request.
Practice
Advisory across the electoral cycle.
Most engagements begin in one phase and carry into the next. The record built early is the record relied on later.
Phase one
Before the ballot
Campaign design and strategy
Campaign architecture, message and coalition strategy, targeting, and the operating plan your own team executes. We design and direct. We do not run field operations.
Electoral advisory and compliance
Party primaries, candidate qualification, timetables, and where you are exposed before the poll.
Civic education and research
Voter education, constituency research, and electoral data analysis.
Phase two
Through the ballot
Process integrity
Agent training and deployment, accreditation and collation procedure, and the record that makes a result defensible.
Observation and reporting frameworks
Methodology, instruments and reporting structures for election observation.
Phase three
After the ballot
Petition and litigation document support
Evidence assembly, certified true copies, and tribunal documentation. Standard and expedited timelines.
Governance transition advisory
Handover structuring, appointments, and the first hundred days.
Governance and institutional capacity
Systems, staff capacity and service delivery for public office.
Standard
Trust is the product.
Amanah means trust held on another's behalf. These four commitments are in every engagement we sign. No exceptions.
1. We win lawfully or not at all
We are paid to help clients win. We do it by mastering the framework, not corrupting it. No payment or inducement to any public officer. We decline instructions that require one.
2. One client per seat
We never act for opposing candidates for the same seat. No waiver. Clients in different seats are disclosed to each other in writing, with information barriers where their principals oppose.
3. Documented from the outset
Scope, fees and deliverables are set in writing before work begins. Statutory INEC fees are paid by you directly and never pass through our accounts.
4. Confidential by default
We name no client and use no work as a credential without written consent.
