Amanah Consult Ltd, RC 9701227, a company incorporated in Nigeria, registered office in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Only what the consultation form captures: your full name, your email address, and, if you choose to provide them, an organisation or institution name, an indicative timeframe, the subject your enquiry concerns, and the name of any person who referred you. The site sets no cookies and collects nothing in the background.

Your enquiry is processed on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. Responding to it, and keeping a record of the correspondence that follows, rests on the firm's legitimate interest in conducting and documenting its own client intake.

Your data is not sold. It is not shared for marketing. No third party analytics service, advertising tracker, tag manager or session recording tool runs on this site. No profiling is performed. Nothing you submit is added to a mailing list.

Enquiry data is retained for twenty-four months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the data forms part of the engagement record and is retained under the terms of that engagement instead.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to request access to the personal data the firm holds about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form.

If you consider that your data has been handled in breach of the Act, you have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
